The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Waste Water network team in Inverness and surrounding areas.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for carrying out technical activities on a variety of workstreams, including repairing and maintaining sewers.

The role requires an extensive amount of physical activity, so demonstrable ability to perform in this aspect is essential.

You will also need to be comfortable with a large element of travel, as you will be required to work in various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake all aspects of work required by line management
  • Minimise disruption to local residents and meet contract KPIs and client specific requirements
  • Ensure all customer and client interaction is professional and in accordance with procedures
  • Comply with legal and legislative policies and procedures
  • Cooperate in incident/accident/damage investigations
  • Accurately complete all data recorded on information management systems
  • Adhere to Clancy Group health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

We are keen to receive applications from candidates with the following accreditations and experience: CSCS, NPORS/CPCS, deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and first aid.

A full and valid driving licence is essential for this role. Excavator, towing, and Streetworks (NRSWA) tickets are highly desirable.
