Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a night shift to ensure the optimal performance of our high-speed production and packing machinery.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing frontline breakdown cover and undertaking routine maintenance to maximize production efficiency.
Shift:
Sunday to Thursday
Hours:
6pm - finish
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake routine maintenance to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Provide frontline breakdown cover to minimize downtime
- Work effectively in a small team or independently to achieve maintenance goals
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to improve equipment performance
Requirements:
- Good level of education with mechanical and electrical based engineering qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment
- Knowledge of PLC and Inverter control programming, including safety PLC
- Experience with Shire PPM systems
- Excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills
