Senior Health and Social Care Practitioner

As a Senior Health and Social Care Practitioner at the T2 Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training and support to our learners in achieving their Health and Social Care qualifications. With a strong background in adult and elderly health care, including Dementia and Learning Disabilities, you will work closely with learners and employers to ensure seamless programme delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in high-demand environments, excellent time management skills, and a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise with others.
