EUC Support Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Support Specialist to join our team at Brakes. As an EUC Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users throughout Sysco GB.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards, as well as technical knowledge of Microsoft products including client Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11), Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing both onsite and remote 3rd line support for end-users
- Management and closure of incidents and service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system
- Owner of problem management actions, root cause analysis, known error documentation, and associated investigations and resolution
