About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional HR Advisor to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide expert guidance and support to our managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a regional expert, coaching managers and providing comprehensive HR advice and support with employee relation queries and end-to-end management processes.
  • Support the delivery of our People Plan, promoting best practice in compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely casework administration, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to GDPR guidelines.
  • Provide Learning and Development support, including facilitating and carrying out training sessions.
  • Review HR data insights regularly, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

About You

Candidates will have excellent knowledge and experience of employee relation processes, with a background in a generalist HR advisory role. Ideally, you will hold a CIPD membership or qualification (Level 5). You will be empathetic, with excellent customer service skills, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Excellent Excel skills, including v lookups and pivot tables.
  • Ability to analyze, manipulate, and validate large amounts of data.
  • Proven experience of producing written reports, business cases, and complex letters.
