Complaints Resolution Role

The Sterling Choice is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Complaints Resolution Specialist. This challenging position requires a problem-solver with excellent customer service skills.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints from start to finish, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Collaboration with the Technical Team is essential to investigate issues, provide defences where necessary, and drive corrective actions that improve processes and reduce future complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Issue Investigation: Analyse documentation and draw conclusions to respond effectively to customer concerns.
  • Resolution: Liaise with departments to resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Insights: Track complaints trends and provide insights to improve business practices and reduce future complaints.
  • Reporting: Prepare KPI reports and ensure complaint records are updated accurately.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a complaints/technical investigation role.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of food manufacturing legislation and the Consumer Protection Act.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: HACCP Level 2 and Food Hygiene Level 2 certification.

Benefits Package: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
