**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Environmental Impact Management team. As a Marine Associate Director, you will lead and input to our growing portfolio of high-profile marine projects, ensuring that our deliverables are produced to the highest quality standards and compliance with our rigorous quality management procedures.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in marine consenting and licensing regimes around the UK and Ireland, with strong project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management. They will also have a commitment to innovation and continuing professional development, as well as interest in line management duties and staff mentoring.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary environmental inputs across marine projects.
  • Manage the preparation of EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments/Environmental Statements, and supporting assessments and documents.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with quality management procedures.
  • Make effective use of project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with integrated teams to improve environmental outcomes of projects.
  • Client contact and relationship management.
