Job Title: Training Sales Professional

About Us: Nationwide Platforms is a leading provider of working at height training solutions, offering courses in PASMA, IOSH, and Health & Safety.

Our Mission: We strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth through our team of experienced telesales/account managers.

Role Overview: As a key member of our Training Sales Advisor team, you will be responsible for taking in-bound calls from customers, providing information and guidance on available training options, and building relationships to increase sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on training courses to customers via phone.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Estimate: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
