Sales and Training Development Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced telesales/account manager to join our Training Sales Advisor team in Birchwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking in-bound calls from customers, providing information and guidance on available training options, and building relationships to increase sales and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from customers and respond to their queries.
- Provide expert advice on training courses to customers via phone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in telesales or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
