About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team at Royal London Mutual Insurance Society.

As a Data Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for enhancing the analysis and reporting capability in the Distribution function, creating actionable insights that inform Distribution's strategy and help increase the number of productive, sustainable relationships Royal London has with advice firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the data sources available to the Distribution Performance team and how and when to use them.
  • Support with reporting and tracking of performance to budgets and support delivery of Distribution targets.
  • Produce high-quality data analysis and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, using data and producing insights.
  • High level of expertise in data analysis and excellent understanding of how to present information for maximum understanding and impact.
  • Excellent Excel skills with Power BI experience preferable.
  • Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not essential.
