{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Analyst to enhance our analysis and reporting capabilities in the Distribution function. The successful candidate will create actionable insights that inform our strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop Distribution insight reports
* Ensure a detailed knowledge of data sources available to the Distribution Performance team
* Own the delivery of the Distribution insight suite
* Drive continuous improvement of the insights suite to ensure it adds value and remains relevant to the delivery of the Distribution strategy
* Support with reporting and tracking of performance to budgets and support delivery of Distribution targets

About You:

* Proven experience in a similar role, using data and producing insights
* High level of expertise in data analysis and excellent understanding of how to present information for maximum understanding and impact
* Excellent Excel skills with Power BI experience preferable
* Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not essential
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
