About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team at Royal London. As a key member of our Distribution Performance team, you will be responsible for enhancing our analysis and reporting capabilities, creating actionable insights that inform our strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of our data sources and how to effectively utilize them to drive business decisions.
  • Support the development and delivery of reports and dashboards to track performance against budgets and targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Insights Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and reporting. You will have excellent Excel skills and experience with Power BI, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights that drive business outcomes.
