Responsibilities:
  • Update Operation and Maintenance (OM) manuals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee fire remedial works to meet safety standards, prioritizing risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Ensure structural safety compliance across past projects, utilizing expertise in building codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with teams to maintain technical integrity, guaranteeing documentation accuracy and quality control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Residential Development Specialist within the residential development sector.
  • Expertise in OM manuals, fire remedial works, and structural safety compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
