The Talent Development Specialist is a key role in our HR function, responsible for designing and delivering training programs, managing talent pipelines, and collaborating with senior leaders to develop succession plans.

About the Role

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels, including leadership development programs and functional skills training.
  • Manage talent pipelines, identifying and developing future leaders, and creating succession plans to ensure continuity of critical roles.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic plans and identify opportunities for employee development.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a workplace culture that values diversity and fosters inclusivity.
  • Measure the effectiveness of talent development programs and provide insights to senior leaders to inform future strategy.

About You

  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and life assurance.
