Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team at Canon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and contribute to the growth and success of our partner channel.
About the Role:
- Define and implement comprehensive Partner marketing plans tailored to specific channel requirements to maximise product, solution, and service sales through Partner organisations.
- Develop, deploy, and measure impactful Partner marketing campaigns to enhance awareness and adoption.
- Collaborate with local teams to define, implement, and measure compelling content and assets that align with Partner goals and target audience needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong experience in partner marketing, channel management, or similar roles.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in utilising data for decision-making.
What We Offer:
- £44,200 - £52,023 salary dependent on experience plus a 10% annual bonus.
- A hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
- A range of benefits including annual bonus, flexible core hours, minimum of 25 days personal holiday per year, pension scheme, private healthcare, and more.
