About the Job

As a Conveyancing Specialist in our reputable West London firm, you'll have the opportunity to excel in new homes conveyancing. With a strong background in residential property law, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of dedicated administrators and ensuring seamless execution of conveyancing activities. Your expertise will enable exceptional client care across high-volume transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weaving through intricate paths of new homes conveyancing with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supervising a team of dedicated administrators to execute conveyancing activities flawlessly.
  • Navigating complex property transactions with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in residential property law is required.
  • Membership in the Institute of Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancer, or a Solicitor is highly desirable.
  • Non-qualified yet highly experienced conveyancers are encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
