Job Title: Child Mental Health Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Child Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Plymouth. As an Infant Mental Health Practitioner, you will work closely with infants, children, young people, and their families to provide consultation, assessment, and therapeutic interventions. Your role will involve delivering training to external services and contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consultation, assessment, and therapeutic interventions for infants, children, and young people aged 0-5 years.
  • Work collaboratively with other CAMHS pathways across the city to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with children, young people, and their families, as well as other health professionals.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or psychology.
