Software Engineer

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a skilled software developer to join our Aerodynamics Software Team at our Enstone factory.
The Role
You will be part of a software team responsible for supporting the Aerodynamics department in improving the car's performance by developing new and existing applications and tools.
As a software developer in F1, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong software engineering principles to ensure that rapidly developed tools and applications are reliable and supportable.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineers and aerodynamic department members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Develop new and existing applications and tools to support the Aerodynamics department.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that deliverables meet requirements, are on time, and to the agreed quality.
- Contribute to the development of software solutions using a range of technologies, including Python, C#, .NET, and SQL.
Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering principles.
- Collaborative style and ability to work closely with other software engineers and aerodynamic department members.
- Experience of development within a software development team.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following tools and technologies: Python, C#, .NET, Blazor, REST APIs, gRPC, GraphQL, SQL, Docker, Kafka, Sentry, and Grafana.
