Software Engineer F1 Aerodynamics

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Aerodynamics Software Team at the Alpine F1 Team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the relentless pursuit of performance by developing new and existing applications and tools to support the Aerodynamics department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications and tools to improve the performance of the car, including Wind Tunnel, CFD, Correlation, and aero design.
- Collaborate with other software engineers and members of the aerodynamic department to ensure deliverables meet requirements, are on time, and to the agreed quality.
- Work closely with the team to identify and prioritize software development projects that align with the team's goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain software applications and tools using a range of technologies, including Python, C#,.NET, and SQL.
Requirements:
- Strong background in software engineering principles and experience in developing software applications and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and articulate challenging concepts in understandable terms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under pressure and within tight timescales.
- Collaborative style, with the ability to work closely with other software engineers and members of the aerodynamic department.
