Join Our Team as a Simulator Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Simulator Group as a Simulator Development Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining real-time models and systems specific to the Simulator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement real-time simulation infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain simulator-specific component models
  • Interface with power unit and other plant models
  • Cueing and user interface development

You will play a crucial role in achieving best-in-class Driver-in-the-loop Simulator capabilities by developing hardware-in-the-loop models, systems, and infrastructure. Additionally, you will continuously improve Simulator capabilities, features, correlation, robustness, and operational efficiency through innovative software development.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in developing hardware-in-the-loop simulations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time-management and planning abilities
  • Desirable knowledge of vehicle dynamics, including chassis and PU performance control systems
  • Experience with Python and dSpace products is highly desirable
  • Some experience in high-level motorsport is an advantage
