About the Role

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Planner. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning various infrastructure projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan infrastructure projects, including electricity cabling projects, cable replacement, and excavation works.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including construction, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in infrastructure planning and project coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
