**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support across the team's workstreams, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage diaries and communications for senior team members, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Act as a key contact for queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary.
  • Support committee meetings with agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Assist with financial tracking, including managing invoices and property bills, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Update team webpages regularly, assist with document management, and ensure GDPR compliance, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Administrative experience with excellent record-keeping and minute-taking skills, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
