**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of production associates to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Coordinate and supervise daily production operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and operational policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory control activities to minimise waste and ensure freshness of products.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise production processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and production activities.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory compliance teams to ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain proper sanitation and hygiene procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in production management or supervision, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of over 15 people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in inventory management software would be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of production operations, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles is an advantage.

**What your typical day will look like**:
Your day will commence with a thorough review of our order fulfilment software to identify the orders scheduled for dispatch. Subsequently, you will delegate tasks and organise the team to ensure efficient execution. A significant aspect of your role involves maintaining team motivation and focus throughout the day.

Collaboration with our Warehouse Manager is essential to uphold safety protocols and ensure strict adherence to food hygiene standards. As a hands-on position, you'll actively participate in packing hampers when necessary. Additionally, you'll be expected to familiarise yourself with our logistics software to assist with printing tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
