This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the MDT team, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care and efficient communication with healthcare professionals.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective data entry systems, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any blockages or concerns in patient pathways, recommending solutions and changes to improve service delivery and compliance.
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy skills demonstrable to GSCE pass level or equivalent standard.
- Administrative and organisational experience in a healthcare environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital computerised patient systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
