About the Role

University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Cancer Centre Multi-Disciplinary Service (MDT) team as a Cancer MDT Co-ordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the MDT service, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the MDT service, ensuring timely and effective communication between team members.
  • Manage patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide administrative support to the MDT team, including data entry and report writing.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to improve service delivery and compliance.

Requirements

  • Good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Administrative and organisational experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospital computerised patient systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
