About the Role

The Growth Lead is responsible for driving growth in the UK market, focusing on net new growth and enabling organic growth within the client base. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong understanding of digital media, sales, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create a minimum £7m pipeline of opportunities for the UK market.
  • To develop and execute an events, PR, and marketing plan to increase external awareness among clients and prospects.
  • To run RFPs/I/Qs and pitches, negotiating commercials to ensure competitiveness and margin KPIs.
  • To establish strong relationships with intermediary partners to maximize converted leads.
  • To have excellent knowledge of the market, industry trends, competitor analysis, and cultural insights.

About You

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the digital media industry, with a proven track record in sales and leadership. They should have strong understanding of data analysis, technology, content, and digital media strategies, as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
