Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outage and Retrofit Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of outage and retrofit projects for large industrial plants. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage outage and retrofit projects for large industrial plants
  • Ensure compliance with project HSEQ requirements and local regulations
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement standardized engineering methods to identify complex problems
  • Collaborate with service managers, project managers, and site supervisors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Education as a Process or Mechanical Engineer
  • Proven experience in site management and control of outage/retrofit projects for large industrial plants
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
