Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outage and Retrofit Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of outage and retrofit projects for large industrial plants. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site management and control of outage/retrofit project mechanical services for large industrial plants
  • Coordinate contracts/contractors on site
  • Lead HSEQ and ensure compliance with relevant legal and management system requirements
  • Develop and implement standardized engineering methods to identify complex problems
  • Manage on-site service teams to deliver outage/retrofit service activities on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Education as Process or Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience in site management and control of outage/retrofit project mechanical services for large industrial plants
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
