Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Post Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance, including pipeline growth, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding revenue targets and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
