Job Title: Sales Account Manager

EMPLOYAL is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Conduct cold calls, face-to-face sales, and networking to identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize a CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales and account management, preferably in the foodservice industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using a CRM
