Job Title: Commercial Contracts Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Advisor to join our Legal team at ersg Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating client contracts to support our global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft client contracts for temporary assignments and permanent positions
  • Advise Business Managers on commercial terms and post-execution contract management tasks
  • Review and amend third-party agreements, including non-disclosure/non-competition agreements and supplier agreements
  • Attend client meetings or liaise directly with clients to support Recruitment consultants in winning new business and negotiating terms
  • Manage and resolve national and international legal disputes, including contractual disputes and employment matters
  • Act as a first escalation point for legal and contractual queries arising from the Contracts & Compliance team
  • Oversee and support the work permit application process and coordinate with local immigration partners when necessary
  • Manage a junior legal advisor and provide training and development opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Advisor, Contracts Advisor, or similar role
  • Previous management experience of junior legal colleagues is desirable
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
