Contract Advisor Role at ersg Ltd

We are seeking a skilled Contract Advisor to join our Legal team at ersg Ltd, a successful international recruitment business specializing in the renewables energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts for temporary assignments and permanent positions in support of new business for global ERSG entities.
  • Advise Business Managers on commercial terms and post-execution contract management tasks.
  • Review and amend third-party agreements, including non-disclosure/non-competition agreements and supplier agreements.
  • Support ERSG Recruitment consultants in client meetings and negotiations.
  • Manage and resolve national and international legal disputes, including contractual disputes and employment matters.
  • Act as a first escalation point for legal and contractual queries.
  • Oversee work permit application processes and coordinate with local immigration partners.
  • Manage a junior legal advisor and provide training and development support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Advisor, Contracts Advisor, or similar role.
  • Previous management experience of junior legal colleagues is desirable.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.

Work Environment:

This role is mostly site-based with the option to work up to 2 days per week from home.
