Employee Relations Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Professional to drive excellence in our corporate function and process development. This role will contribute to the creation of a management team with the right skills to lead and support their people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an end-to-end case load covering employee relationships topics such as Disciplinary, Grievance, Capability appeals, and absence.
- Provide regular progress reports to key stakeholders and produce case load reports as part of our HR dashboard.
- Coach line managers in managing formal meetings and attend as note taker and support where required.
- Proactively improve line manager capability in dealing with ER issues and create interventions specific to corporate business areas.
- Provide mediation where conflict is identified as a solution or outcome.
- Offer accurate information on policy, procedure, and company T&Cs on high-level cases.
- Contribute to ACAS queries and ET1 claims by providing accurate data, actions, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification or working towards.
- Experience of ER caseload management.
- Strong Microsoft office experience with ability to use Excel and Word.
- Experience of facilitating conflict resolution and coaching managers.
- Knowledge of employment law, policy changes, and their impact on the business.
- Experience of working in a unionized environment.
- Ability to develop and present ER training modules and adapt communication style to suit specific audience groups.
