Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Adaptations Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical and administrative support to our service users, ensuring a high standard of customer service and delivering a flexible, positive, and responsive service that meets customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and guidance to service users, ensuring a positive and professional image at all times.

• Deal with technical customer enquiries, following through to resolution and ensuring all stakeholders are updated.

• Register applications to the Council, checking for validity and ensuring appropriate fees and charges are administered.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in working within a Social Care setting.

• Experience in working with vulnerable service users with a disability.

Working Hours:

35 hours per week, 08:00am – 16:00pm working hours.
