We are seeking a skilled Community Adaptations Officer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance to customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical advice and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive and professional image.
- Deal with technical customer enquiries, following through to resolution and updating stakeholders as necessary.
- Register applications to the Council, checking for validity and administering fees and charges.
- Contact internal and external parties as required, providing specialist and procedural advice.
- Assist with management and statistical information for audit purposes.
- Experience in working within a Social Care setting.
- Prioritise and organise own workloads.
- Meet and exceed targets and deadlines set.
