Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive and professional image and a high standard of customer service.

• Deal with technical customer enquiries, following through to resolution and ensuring all stakeholders are updated and adequate audit trails are in place.

• Register applications to the Council for the service area, checking for validity and ensuring appropriate fees and charges are administered.

Requirements:

• Experience in working within a Social Care setting and with vulnerable service users with a disability.

Working Hours:

35 hours per week, 08:00am – 16:00pm working hours.
