About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Counter Lead. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, making your clients feel valued, respected, connected, and confident while selling our market-leading makeup products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Understand customer skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines
