Key Responsibilities:
  1. Teaching and Assessment: Deliver engaging lessons across Electrical Installation programs, ensuring curriculum alignment and adapting teaching methods to meet learner needs.
  2. Course Development: Contribute to the design of courses, creating teaching materials such as schemes of work, assignments, and assessments, ensuring content aligns with industry standards.
  3. Student Support: Act as a course tutor, tracking student progress, setting targets, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and employers regarding achievements and areas for improvement.
