Job Title: Service Transition Manager

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled Service Transition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of new and modified IT services into the live operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand the organization's strategic objectives and how IT services can support and drive these goals.
  • Design and implement service transition plans, ensuring that new or modified services are designed to meet business needs, technical requirements, and operational capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain service design documentation, including service catalogues, service models, and supporting processes.
  • Establish and ensure governance processes are followed for all service design and transition management activities.
  • Deliver continuous service and practice improvement.
Requirements:
  • A Level IT, BTEC in Computing or equivalent.
  • MCP or equivalent.
  • PRINCE2 would be desirable.
  • ITIL - V3/4 Foundation.
  • ITIL – V3 Intermediate (Service Design and/or Service Transition – desirable)
  • ITIL - V4 Practitioner (Release Management - preferred)
  • ITIL – Practice Manager (desirable)
  • ITIL - Managing Professional (desirable)
