Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Accurately manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring seamless interactions with our customers.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on business trends to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with our team members and stakeholders, escalating any complaints or feedback as needed.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our key propositions, including Hosted Voice & Unified Comms, Contact Centre, Mobile, Cyber, Connectivity, Hosting & Cloud Data Services.
- Performance Improvement: Drive higher performance through joined-up communication across our extended team, including Marketing, Sales, AM, Operations, Support, and Finance.
- Departmental Projects: Support departmental projects and processes, with opportunities for involvement from the wider business.
- Software Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new software as needed.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, time management, and planning skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
