Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
- Collect and analyze business trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Communicate effectively with our team and stakeholders, escalating complaints and feedback as needed.
- Develop a deep understanding of our key propositions, including Hosted Voice & Unified Comms, Contact Centre, Mobile, Cyber, Connectivity, Hosting & Cloud Data Services.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to drive higher performance and joined-up communication.
- Support departmental projects and processes, with opportunities for wider business involvement.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new software as required.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, time management, and planning abilities, with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
