Our Finance team works closely with every department to ensure seamless operations, implementing innovative strategies that combine technology with traditional financial processes. As a P2P Assistant, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values flexibility, responsibility, and quality work.

As a key member of our Finance team, you'll process supplier invoices and adjustments accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and compliant payments. You'll work closely with the P2P Team Leader, Payments Team, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete 100% quality checks to ensure accurate processing and prevent duplicate or incorrect invoices.
- Review and investigate supplier statements with items aged over 30 days, liaising with the Payments team as required.
- Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations, ensuring key suppliers are fully reconciled.
- Educate business coders and approvers on correct policies and procedures.
- Support the end-to-end process, enabling the Payments Team to settle supplier invoices within agreed payment terms.
What We're Looking For:
- A good level of experience in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, reconciliation environments, and foreign payments (desirable).
- Demonstrable awareness and ability to learn HMRC requirements in respect of VAT and payments within UK banking systems.
- Experience working in professional services or a partnership (desirable but not essential).
- Experience in invoice processing (desirable).
