About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our expanding team at Monday. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within the mid-market segment.

As a Sales Executive for Mid Market Businesses, you will work closely with potential customers to understand their unique business needs and showcase how Monday can help optimize their workflows, increase productivity, and scale their operations. This is a quota-carrying role that requires strong sales skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS or technology-related field, with a focus on mid-market accounts. They will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-centric approach, are essential for this role.

Bonus skills include experience selling to specific verticals/industries as a SME. If you're a goal-oriented, customer-centric, and comfortable dealing with big numbers, we'd love to hear from you
