Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued, respected, connected, and confident.
  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment, adhering to high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Support the rest of the team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience
  • A desire to understand customer skin and makeup goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
