About This Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Counter Manager to join our Clinique team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products, services, and brand to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation of a visually appealing shopping environment through effective visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new launches and promotions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous retail industry or customer service experience.
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • An approachable and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
