Blockchain Works is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our web3 initiatives. As Chief Marketing Officer - Web3 Pioneer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and engagement in the NFT space.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and implement a brand marketing strategy that aligns with our quarterly goals.
  2. Lead and oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing programs, strategies, and multi-channel digital marketing execution.
  3. Drive results from the team and extended marketing team.
  4. Collaborate with other brands and projects to leverage opportunities and expertise.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  6. Develop presentations and training materials to communicate marketing strategies and results.
  7. Provide direction and oversight for PR efforts, both internally and with agencies.
  8. Partner with external vendors and creative agencies to develop ad assets, landing pages, email copy, and other content for content syndication and demand gen programs.
  9. Create compelling content for social media and community forums.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on web3 and NFT projects.
  2. Experience in being a one-man army in a startup environment.
  3. Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  4. Experience leading marketing growth strategies and growth-hacking initiatives.
  5. Demonstrated understanding of social media, search, digital marketing, and metrics.
  6. Experience analyzing and optimizing marketing programs and growth initiatives.
  7. Established connections in the web3 space (a plus).
