Supply Chain Cost Controller

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Cost Controller to join our team at Hovis' Avonmouth, Bristol bakery. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our supply chain operations. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing budgets, and implementing financial controls to drive efficiency and best practice.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years management accounts experience within an FMCG environment (ideally manufacturing). A CIMA or ACCA qualification is essential, along with a proven track record of building strong relationships with financial and non-financial stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, flexibility, and on-site parking.
