About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Hovis Limited. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our employees, while also providing expert advice on health and wellbeing matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to promote health and wellbeing across the site.
  • To provide expert advice on health and wellbeing matters to employees and managers across the site.
  • To work closely with the wider occupational health and site-based teams to ensure that all aspects of Occupational Health are effectively managed.
Requirements
  • You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and have an Occupational Health Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • You should be able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and make decisions based on sound judgement.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
