About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultimate Series Vehicle Assembly Specialist to join our team at McLaren Automotive Ltd.

Your primary responsibility will be to assemble and inspect Ultimate series vehicles to ensure they meet the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving production-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and inspect Ultimate series vehicles to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve production-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2/3 Diploma in Light Vehicle maintenance and/or Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System repair and replacement.
  • Experience in vehicle assembly and inspection.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

£62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience.
