About the role

As a Brand and Creative Designer, you'll be responsible for developing custom visual concepts and designs that align with our brand's identity and meet the needs of the business and marketing department. You'll have a sound understanding of all marketing disciplines to support and create artwork, such as logos, promotional materials for multi-channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across various marketing initiatives and channels.
  • Organising key events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots to ensure brand exposure.
  • Collaborating with SVP of Marketing & Product, Product managers, UX designers, copywriters, and PR agencies to ensure brand creative consistency.
  • Keeping internal stakeholders up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining graphic design decisions.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid graphic design background and experience using PowerPoint, Adobe design suite, and video editing and production tools.
  • Understanding of trends and ability to respond to customer requirements.
  • Experience and understanding of market research.
  • Ability to think strategically and come up with brand campaigns.
  • Proven ability with strong project management skills.
